Hitron Technologies Inc. Has just developed a new generation of Maskless Pattern Generator (MPG). The MPG provides a cost-effective and time-saving solution for generating micro-patterns for prototyping MEMS devices, micro-fluidic devices, photoalignment pattern for LCD, and micro pattern for biomedical application.

This new-generation Maskless Pattern Generator (MPG) prototype can generate a micro pattern with pixel sizes down to 1 micron. The MPG prototype is currently used and evaluated in the lab of the University of Kentucky.
